The Government can order a search engine and Internet service providers to block access to sites that illegally violate the intellectual property rights. Instead of trying to keep track of each individual, the Department of Justice will have the necessary tools to go after the website that allows the theft of intellectual property.

Freedom of speech and fair use can co-exist. While the legislation anti-piracy still needs further improvement to ensure that the words in accordance with appropriate legal, legislative intent online piracy is the major problem that charge you the real economy. Congress needs to take action to protect American jobs from piracy. Although the proposed legislation is not perfect, very strong and decisive step in the right direction.
